Oil on Canvas of a winter landscape painted by William Lester Stevens - Bucks County, PA 42" x 48" Oil with houses, rolling hills, and river, all with great vivid colors.  Stamped on reverse ExPAFA - Exhibited Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art. One of the finest paintings ever done by Mr. Lester. Wonderful Original condition - Minor repair, puncture, craquelure.

Swords & Pistols: Fancy Coast Guard Admiral sword in metal scabbard; another sword with fancy crest on handle of eagle and crown, blade marked “LB, Potsdan, II” with metal scabbard, 3’ long, rusty; primitive sword with wooden scabbard with metal strips (damaged) wooden handle with square nails, blade has sun with spiral design, sideways heart, monogrammed “EEF”, 30” long; another sword (possibly CT) with bone handle that has 3 acorns and scalloped shell, scabbard has one acorn with copper tip and black leather case, scrolled blade with drum and sword and “ACS” around scale logo, 24” long;  pair of dueling pistols.

 

Rugs: very nice 9’ x 12’ Sarouk rug; 8’ x 10’ room size oriental; 2 small scatter rugs.
