SELLERS - Call at 10 a.m. sharp on the Friday before the auction (not a minute before or you must call again) to reserve your row. First caller gets first row or rows. You may reserve more than one row. Sellers cannot get together and split rows for lower commission. All sellers then unload Sunday from 6 a.m. – 9 a.m. A seller’s space will be held until 9 a.m. Please note: We do not accept reserve bids from sellers. All items are sold to the highest bidder. An item or a group of items, or an entire row may be combined to reach the minimum starting price of $5.00. We accept antiques, collectibles, quality furniture, cars, estates, china, glass, smalls, old toys, old books, jewelry, vintage clothing, tools, farm equipment, tractors, rec. vehicles, motorcycles – one item or one thousand items. The better the quality, the more you make, the less commission you pay. Sliding commission – call for rates.) Get PAID CASH one hour after your lot sells.
