Robert H. Glass Auctions is a full service auctioneer and appraisal business. For over 40 years we have conducted quality antique, estate, real estate, jewelry, farm equipment, industrial, restaurant, and charity fundraising auctions.
Auctions We conduct in a timely and efficient manner on site and estate auctions on location throughout New England. Other antique auctions are held at the Best Western in Mystic, CT. Every third Sunday from April through November, we conduct the "Famous Field Auctions" that are held in a field rain or shine on Route 14 in Sterling, CT. Auctioneers Within our company, we have three auctioneers who are graduates of Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI)and members of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) which stands for excellence in business practices and adheres to a code of industry standards. The founding auctioneer, Robert H. Glass Sr., was inducted into the National Auctioneers Hall of Fame. Robert H. Glass Sr. heads up the Fundraising International Team of Auctioneers, conducting over 100 auctions including Paul Newman's Hole In The Wall Gang Camp Gala every September. Robert H. Glass Jr. is the owner of the company and specializes in Real Estate, Fine Art and Antiques and Industrial Auctions. Gwen Glass Carbone is also an auctioneer and heads up the Jewelry and Marketing aspects of the business.
